RSS chief pays respects to Jain Muni Acharya Subhadra

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak (chief) Dr Mohan Rao Bhagwat who is in Jammu since July 14 along with senior functionaries of the Sangh paid respects to Jain Muni Acharaya Subhadra at Shri Neek Chand Memorial Hall near S S Jain Sabha this morning.

He was accompanied by Bhaiya Ji Joshi Sarkarivah (second in chief of Sangh) and Prant Prcharak J&K RSS Ramesh Pappa and She Prant Pracharak Rupesh Ji on the occasion.
He was received by Raj Kumar Jain president of SS Jain Sabha Jammu and Raman Jain its general secretary at Jain Sabha.

In his brief address to the gathering , Dr Bhagwat said that Chatar Mass inspires us to maintain peace, brother hood, love and non violence. He said Jainism is integral part of Indian civilization and he often visits the Jain Munis to pay his respects to them as he is himself greatly influenced by their teachings of love, brotherhood and non violence.

He said Bharitiya Sanskriti (culture) is totally based on spiritualism which makes the character building of a human being. It treats entire mankind as one family and thinks for the welfare of entire world in which there is no mine and thine.

Speaking on the occasion Sarkarivah of the Sangh Bhiya Ji Joshi gave his good wishes to entire gathering present on the occasion.

On the occasion, the RSS chief released two religious books written by Acharya Ji. The Jain Muni has visited here in the Chatar Mass after covering 1100 km long distance on foot. He also gave the religious discourses on the occasion.

The Jain Muni in his discourses said that Bharatiya culture is based on Rishis teachings and agriculture. He said the non violence was the first message of Rishis to this universe. This gives the message of live and let live. He said dharma, non violence, pity, service to mother land and we should always be devoted to it, there must be discipline in life, responsibility towards society.

On the occasion the RSS leaders were presented a shawl on behalf of Jain Sabha by its president Raj Kumar Jain and general secretary Raman Jain as a token of respect.
