The news network breaking all set norms has not only taken its business to the top in a short time of its arrival in the business but has also been utterly committed to showing nothing but the facts. As the fiery news network believes in showing news in the interest of the nation, unlike the channels who prefer to run biased news engaged in selling agendas, not the facts.

 

As per Thursday’s BARC ratings, Republic TV and Republic Bharat both have topped the charts in their respective language genre, in urban as well as rural India across all platforms. It is significant to note that Republic TV among the English news channels remained unbeatable, but Republic Bharat, the Hindi news channel has even dethroned India Today Network’s AajTak, an otherwise leading channel for the second week in a row. Noticeably, being older in the business it the same channel that ruled for almost eighteen years but now lags far behind the Republic Tv and has also lost almost four percent of viewership.

 

It is commendable how in such a short span of time, Republic Tv has not only secured its place among its viewers but has also won them with pure news and no fabricated stories. And for a channel that is only months old in the race, the achievement is remarkable. Also, when the resource and the manpower that the Republic network has, is far less than half of what its competitors have.

The way in which the whole episode unfolded, Republic Bharat rose to number 2 position, just one point below AajTak. The latest BARC ratings clearly show Republic Bharat as the most-viewed Hindi news channel in the past week. Almost four percent more audience than its nearest competitor Aajtak who ruled the Hindi news space for more than a decade and a half.
